If you’re building your home setup, here is our recommended kit to get the most out of every session:
1. The Power Couple: Dumbbells And/Or Kettlebells

Dumbbells: These are your bread and butter for hypertrophy and functional movements. We recommend starting with a range (e.g., 5lb to 30lb pairs) and adding heavier bells as you get stronger.

Kettlebells: Perfect for dynamic movements and functional strength. A 10lb to 50lb range is the sweet spot for most of our functional flows.
2. Resistance Bands (The Full Set)
Don’t underestimate the "rubber." We recommend a full set of bands. They are essential for mobility, adding resistance, and mimicking cable machine movements when you’re away from the gym.
3. SMR Warm Up/Recovery: The Foam Roller
Training hard is only half the battle; you have to recover harder. We consider the foam roller a non-negotiable for keeping your fascia healthy and your muscles ready for the next "peak."
