Our small group personal training programs are capped at 6 people. Working alongside others helps foster an encouraging environment. You'll be cheering for your new friends as they hit milestones and work through challenges. The small group size also means that our instructors can give everyone individualized attention when required.

I MISSED THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD - WHAT CAN I DO?
If our small group personal training has started recently, email or call us to see if you can join late. We consider many things here (experience level, previous enrollment, how much time has passed since the program started, etc.), so it's best to have a conversation with us.
We suggest joining our email subscription and following us on Instagram. We keep our members informed of upcoming programs, so you'll have plenty of notice before enrollment begins for the next program. Spots tend to fill up quick, so it's best to join early.
Our small group personal training follows a general cadence: Powder Prep in the Fall, Athletic Training in the Winter, etc.
