You'll be cheering for your new friends as they hit milestones and work through challenges. The small group size also means that our instructors can give everyone individualized attention when required.

Using Dr. John Rusin’s evidence-based training framework, this program proves you don’t need more workouts, just better ones. With two strategic full-body sessions per week, and two programmed cardio/conditioning sessions, you’ll hit every key movement pattern (squat, lunge, hinge, push, pull, and carry) to maximize results while minimizing burnout.

I MISSED THE ENROLLMENT PERIOD - WHAT CAN I DO?

If our small group personal training has started recently, email or call us to see if you can join late. We consider many things here (experience level, previous enrollment, how much time has passed since the program started, etc.), so it's best to have a conversation with us.

We suggest joining our email subscription and following us on Instagram. We keep our members informed of upcoming programs, so you'll have plenty of notice before enrollment begins for the next program. Spots tend to fill up quick, so it's best to join early.

Our small group personal training follows a general cadence: Powder Prep in the Fall, Athletic Training in the Winter, etc.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH PROGRAM IS RIGHT FOR ME?

Each program is designed with specific goals in mind—whether you’re training for ski season, building strength, or improving endurance. We’ll help you choose the best fit based on your fitness level, goals, and schedule.

DO I NEED TO BE AN EXPERIENCED ATHLETE TO JOIN A PROGRAM?

Not at all! Our programs are built for all levels, with modifications and progressions that meet you where you are. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to take your training up a notch, we’ve got you covered.

WHAT'S THE BENEFIT OF TRAINING WITH A STRUCTURED PROGRAM INSTEAD OF RANDOM WORKOUTS?

Training with a program helps you build strength and progress safely and consistently. Each session builds on the last—so you see measurable results, reduce your risk of injury, and stay motivated.

Everyone’s results look a little different—but consistency always pays off. While we don’t make quick-fix or aesthetic promises, we do guarantee that you’ll see real improvements in strength, endurance, and confidence when you commit to the program. We’ll guide you with supplemental recommendations for cardio and nutrition outside of your workouts to help you reach your goals faster. Stick with it, and you’ll feel stronger, move better, and notice a big difference in how your body performs—both in and out of the gym.
