She believes fitness should fuel every adventure, inside and outside the gym. Her focus on functional strength and movement helps clients perform better, prevent injury, and feel more confident in everything they do—from daily life to big adventures.

dance, including jazz/funk and high kick/precision. Mary loves curating the perfect playlist to hype you up, get you moving, and turn every workout into a party. Her goal is to help you move with confidence, bring out your inner swagger, and have fun while getting an incredible sweat.

YOGA INSTRUCTOR
Renee Lassonde began her yoga journey after her daughter invited her to a class at university. What started as a simple invitation quickly became a steady complement to her weightlifting routine and evolved into a habit of both. After 10 years of steady yoga practice, Renee took teacher training through CorePower Yoga, timing it so that she could transition to teaching when she retired from her corporate career. She began teaching in 2020 but also makes it a priority to practice more than she teaches, which is important to continuing a love of this vital part of her life.
She loves teaching Vinyasa. The flow of this type of yoga offers strength and flexibility, and over time, Renee began to see the peace this exercise can provide – both mental and physical - as well as lasting mindfulness and self-awareness that carry into everyday life.
As an instructor, she aspires to offer her students this same kind of experience, and the actual feeling of “ahhhh” that is felt when walking into the studio (and more importantly, what is felt
after a class). While still lifting and taking Pilates and other types of yoga, Renee always returns to Vinyasa,
which is her favorite activity. Her favorite posture is Standing Splits, and she continues to work on harder inversions like Side Crow, Hurdlers, 8 Crooked Limbs and Fallen Angel.

Ashley is a passionate client turned instructor. Ashley started off at the Goat House Gym taking classes and using 5 lb weights. She now is a leader in the gym and someone that is looked up to in class settings for guidance and inspiration. Ashley is our incredible Bootcamp Instructor and in her classes you are likely to hear some Pitbull music, sweat, and leave class feeling amazing and empowered.
