Camryn Bukowski is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with three years of experience and a PPSC Lifelong Performance Specialist Certification. She believes fitness should fuel every adventure, inside and outside the gym. Her focus on functional strength and movement helps clients perform better, prevent injury, and feel more confident in everything they do—from daily life to big adventures.

DANCE INSTRUCTOR

Amy is thrilled to bring her passion for movement to Goat House Gym as the Dance Fitness instructor. With 15+ years of dance experience, she blends rhythm, energy, and fun to create an uplifting class that feels more like a party than a workout. Her goal is to help you let loose, get moving, and leave every session smiling. Amy can’t wait to share her love of dance and music with the Philipsburg community!

YOGA INSTRUCTOR

Lori is a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor and a practicing Physical Therapist at Granite County Medical Center. Lori graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2008, started in pediatrics and now has over 10 years of experience in outpatient orthopedics. Lori has additional training in working with fitness athletes and runners, dry needling, and pelvic health. She uses all of her knowledge in physical therapy to lead you through a balancing, sweaty, flowy, and restorative vinyasa flow yoga class.

She now is a leader in the gym and someone that is looked up to in class settings for guidance and inspiration. Ashley is our incredible Bootcamp Instructor and in her classes you are likely to hear some Pitbull music, sweat, and leave class feeling amazing and empowered.
